Hold on tight as I describe the following food. The name of the food sounds terrible, but it tastes terrific. It is pig intestine. Words just could not fully describe it. It is a little bit chewy, a little soy sauce, a little bit of Chinese marinate sauce. The best of all is the sweet smoking flavor that glaze upon it. It's a little bit sticky, but the heavenly smell saturated your mouth. With the special Chinese peppercorns sauce, unique character but not overpowering, it is like seeing a love story when two best lovers found each other and happily ever after. If you don't know, this restaurant has a point collect system, and I redeemed this dish for FREE. What a wonderful lunch that brighten the rest of my day.

This place is amazing ! Beautiful atmosphere, great art and music ! My waitress, Shima, was very friendly, looked after me well and brought great energy to the experience. I highly recommend the avocado toast here !
