Came here for my sons birthday, Alice was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and was very polite and professional. It was a very enjoyable experience and I hope to return soon. Thank you for the picture =)

Amy and the team at Heirloom were great! We organized to bring the truck out to our office for a company wide lunch. Everyone was raving about the food, specifically the chicken sandwiches! It's hard to plan lunches like this when dealing with so many different dietary needs but Heirloom was able to put together a menu that accommodated everyone and was so delicious! We will certainly be bringing them back, next time for cheesecake :)

Beyond being the freshest and most tasteful margarita pizza with quality ingredients that we’ve had, stopping by to pick up pizza was like stopping by your cousin’s home who took good care of you. Michele offered my wife and I espresso as we waited and offered us a bag of fresh basil from Hawaii to go with our pizza. He even offered us a fresh cold drink for our drive back to Keswick. We will definitely come back when we’re in town ❤️.

Kudos to our hostess Lily, we came in for my nephew’s birthday and although he was trying his best to wreck havoc in the restaurant, she remained patient and even went beyond with her customer service. She voluntarily took a photo for my nephew and gave it us, this means a lot since it is his first visit to Canada from Europe! AMAZING gluten free find. The tarts are absolutely incredible- both the sweet and savoury options. I wish I had the means to take home a bunch of goodies but they wouldn’t have been refrigerated in time. I have all the intentions on going back for a big food haul soon!

I chose Luci for a special dinner (this was before covid!) with a friend after getting great reviews from my family members. Although the menu has quite pricey items, the staff were very friendly, warm and caring. They kept coming by to ask if everything is good. The ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxing and it is the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic night out. I ordered shrimp as my main course as recommended by the waiter. It was tasty and cooked to perfection. My favorite dish was dessert which was a white chocolate cheesecake. When making my reservation I had mentioned the occasion and to my surprise, the waiter came forward with a candle on the cheesecake (which I was not expecting). Bonus points to the restaurant for that simple gesture. I found parking quite a hassle but I would come back to Luci nevertheless as I loved everything from the ambiance to the food quality to the service.

Nice little space that strikes you as welcoming as soon as you enter. Enjoyed the size of the appetizer (10 dumplings) and the Ramen was good and SUPER spicy. Another ++ is the great bottle selection (beer) Lots of local brews and some international. But the smell from behind the bar did not inspire confidence, nor did the large amounts of clutter back there.
