The Role It's a true dual role: half of your time is spent designing and improving our website, and the other half driving traffic and conversions through SEO, SEM, and emerging AI-search (GEO). We're looking for someone equally comfortable shaping a clean, on-brand page layout and building a Google Ads campaign to send traffic to it. Job Duties：工作职责 Web Design & Website Management • Design, build, and maintain the company website in WordPress and Elementor — page layouts, content, menus, and plugins (back-end/admin level, no coding required) • Improve website structure, content, and UI/UX to support both user experience and search performance • Keep the site clean, on-brand, and up to date; fix common issues such as broken links and formatting • Design landing pages and web assets that support marketing campaigns Digital Marketing • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO campaigns (on-page, off-page, keyword research, technical basics) • Manage paid search (SEM) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including budgets and reporting • Optimize content and structure for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — improving visibility in AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console Requirements 职位要求 • 1-3 years of combined experience in web design and digital marketing • Hands-on experience designing and managing websites in WordPress and Elementor (back-end/admin level — no coding required) • A strong eye for UI/UX, layout, and clean, user-friendly, on-brand design • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and Google Ads campaign management • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs • Awareness of GEO / AI-search trends and how they're changing discovery • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage design and marketing priorities independently What We Offer 薪资福利 • Base salary and Department Bonus • Health and dental benefits • Paid time off: 10-15 days annual leave • Free parking available
