Part-Time Live Sales Host / On-Camera Social Media Presenter Company: Toytexx Inc. Location: Markham, Ontario — On-site Pay: $27–$30 per hour Job Type: Part-time with opportunity to become full-time and permanent Expected Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week Daily Schedule: Approximately 3–4 hours per day Job Description Do you enjoy speaking on camera, connecting with customers and introducing exciting products? Toytexx Inc. is hiring an energetic and confident Live Sales Host and On-Camera Presenter for Whatnot and other social media livestream platforms. You will demonstrate products, communicate with viewers and create an engaging live shopping experience that encourages customers to place orders. This position is ideal for someone interested in livestream hosting, social media, content creation, retail sales or e-commerce. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training, product information and sales scripts will be provided. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability and passion for livestream selling may have the opportunity to move into a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities • Host English-language livestream sales sessions • Spend approximately 3–4 hours per day presenting on camera • Demonstrate products clearly, confidently and professionally • Explain product features, benefits, prices and promotions • Answer viewers’ questions and interact with customers in real time • Create an energetic and enjoyable live shopping experience • Encourage viewers to place orders • Prepare, organize and display products before each livestream • Follow sales scripts, promotional plans and livestream procedures • Work with the e-commerce team to improve future livestreams and sales Qualifications • Fluent spoken English with clear communication skills • Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking on camera • Energetic and passionate about sales and customer engagement • Reliable, punctual and responsible • Able to learn product information quickly • Able to work approximately 15–20 hours per week • Available to work on-site in Markham Experience in livestream hosting, retail sales, customer service, social media, content creation or e-commerce is an asset, but it is not required.
