Health & Safety • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. • Maintain compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act and all licensing standards. • Follow centre policies regarding health, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Classroom Management • Maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios in accordance with Ontario regulations. • Guide children's behaviour using positive and respectful strategies. • Support daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and outdoor play.
