生产线工人 全职 周一到周五 早八点到晚六点 支票 Full-time job description factory worker Job Overview: We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seafood Packaging Workers in a federally inspected meat processing facility. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a cool, refrigerated environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols to package meat products for distribution. Key Responsibilities: Package raw and processed Seafood products according to company specifications. Weigh, label, and box products accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the supervisor. Adhere to daily production targets and timelines. Follow all company policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP protocols. Work in a cool environment (temperature maintained between 4°C to 15°C) for the duration of the shift. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Requirements: Personal Hygiene Wear clean uniforms, hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), and gloves at all times. No jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails allowed in production areas. Wash and sanitize hands thoroughly before entering and after breaks. Protective Equipment: Must wear all provided PPE, including safety boots, gloves, and hearing protection where applicable. Sanitation: Follow all sanitation procedures before, during, and after shifts. Avoid cross-contamination by strictly adhering to cleanliness protocols. Food Safety Compliance: Report any deviations or contamination risks immediately to the supervisor. Participate in routine GMP training and inspections. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated/cool environment throughout the shift. Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented. Previous experience in meat processing or food packaging is an asset but not required.
