We operate a massive international network, including: 7 locations across the GTA. 2 locations in Miami, Florida New York flagship opening soon Active offices in China (Qingdao), the Netherlands, El Salvador, and Colombia. A dedicated manufacturing factory in Bali and China. The Role We are seeking a highly independent Administrative Lead to manage our Mississauga headquarters. This is first and foremost an Administrative role. We need a "doer"—someone who takes ownership of the office, identifies what needs to be done, and executes tasks without needing constant direction or help. An HR background or experience is an asset to assist with secondary personnel tasks. Primary Administrative Responsibilities Office Management: Take full charge of daily administrative operations, document filing, and coordination between our 7 GTA locations. Driving is important as you will have to visit different locations. Global Liaison: Act as a key administrative bridge between our Canada HQ and our international offices, specifically our China branch. Autonomous Problem Solving: Manage your own desk and projects from start to finish. Local Logistics: Must be able to drive and have a vehicle for inter-office coordination or business needs. Secondary HR Assistant Tasks Personnel Support: Assist with recruitment, basic onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Compliance: Ensure all administrative paperwork meets Canadian HR standards. Requirements (Must-Haves) Canadian Experience: Mandatory prior experience in a professional Canadian office environment. Bilingualism: High proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal). Work Ethic: Extreme independence; must be able to work without constant supervision. HR Background: Previous education or experience in Human Resources is an asset. Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
