STORE MANAGER – YOGURT & BUBBLE TEA STORE Location: Markham (Hwy 7 & Leslie) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service and product quality. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations • Lead, train, and support team members • Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety • Schedule staff and maintain efficient store operations • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally • Support sales growth and continuous operational improvement Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in food service, beverage, café, bubble tea, or restaurant operations • Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Pay • Houly Rate $20-23/hr • Compensation will be discussed during the interview process Apply Please send your resume to [email protected] Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
