We are a Xinjiang restaurant located in Oakville and are currently looking for friendly and hardworking servers to join our team. Job Details: Working hours: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM 30-minute lunch break Approximately 10 hours per day Base pay: $17.50/hour (T4 payroll) Overtime hours paid at $17.50/hour in cash 1.5x Paid bi-weekly (every two weeks) Staff meals provided during working hours No tip sharing system Monthly bonuses based on individual performance and restaurant sales Annual wage increase based on work performance Requirements: Must be punctual and responsible No unexplained late arrivals or early departures Time-off requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance Able to work efficiently in a team environment Previous restaurant experience is an asset
