We strive to create a welcoming space where clients can relax, rejuvenate, and receive exceptional care. Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and provide a warm, professional first impression - Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries - Schedule and manage appointments using Jane App - Process payments and direct billing insurance claims - Maintain accurate client records and clinic documentation - Support daily administrative and front desk operations - Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming - Assist practitioners and clients as needed throughout the day Qualifications: - Fluency in English and Mandarin required - Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, clinic, spa, or healthcare setting is an asset - Knowledge of direct billing and insurance claims is an asset - Experience with Jane App is an asset - Strong customer service and communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy - Professional, dependable, and responsible - Proficiency with Office Suite and general computer systems Schedule: - Part-time position - Evening and weekend availability is required Please send your resume to [email protected] if interested.
