Ensure adherence to financial controls and approval processes. Also work on monthly activities such as invoicing, financial forecast, and accounting adjustments. Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks and issues. Ensure timely escalation and resolution by working closely with stakeholders. Resource Management: Help in tracking of resource allocations and availability. Documentation & Reporting: Assist/complete monthly status reports, financial reports, and metrics logs. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Change Control: Assist with change management activities and ensuring proper approval processes are followed. Client Communication: Work with all levels of Management, communicate and issue resolution, and maintaining client satisfaction. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery within the AMS team.
