请将您的简历和求职信发送至:[email protected] 感谢所有申请者的关注,但我们只会联系被选中参加面试的候选人。 Key Responsibilities • Providing comprehensive administrative support for insurance operations, including client onboarding, policy changes and policy renewals. • Process and prepare necessary documentation, including policy forms and certificates of insurance, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Maintaining and updating client records, administrative workflows, and data entry within the CRM/database system accurately and efficiently. • Handling general office administrative and operational duties, including answering phones and assisting customers in a professional manner. • Carrying out various quality controls and administrative business processes for the unit. • Assisting with claims processes and documentation requirements as needed. Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative or client service experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM software is an asset. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette. • Highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and fast typing. • A working knowledge of risk, insurance practices, and products is preferred. • Strong Asset: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous, given our previous hiring needs and client base. 福利待遇 我们为全职员工提供有竞争力的福利待遇,可能包括: • Extension Health and dental plan • 带薪休假。
