Job Duties: · Monitor facility, employees, production and maintenance activities to ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times; · Conduct finished product and/or raw material sampling program to ensure good quality standards of raw materials and finished products to meet customers’ specification · Identify quality issues and take corrective actions as needed. · Verifying sanitation procedures through pre-operational inspection and microbial swabs before the startup of shift; · Compile daily monitoring records and interpret trend from relevant analytical results · Perform raw and finished product evaluation ensuring compliance to current specifications; · Ensure effective systems are in place to control food safety and quality; · Ensure all written records and related documentation are accurate; · Assist in the development of food manufacturing processes, food safety inspection and maintenance pre-set procedures and comply with health and safety measures · Develop sanitation and environment sampling program and conduct air and water quality testing and assessments, environmental monitoring · Observe GMP and communicate corrective action as required; · Other duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements: -2-year associate’s college degree is required. -One or two-year work experiences in related field is preferred. -Attention to detail and an aptitude for working with data are pluses. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills preferred. 有意者请将简历发到: [email protected]，或者电话联系HR：(416) 293-0585
