職位職責： -制定並執行有效的銷售策略，以促進市場增長並達成銷售目標 -管理並監督市場內多家門店的日常營運 -招募、培訓及管理店長和銷售人員 -監察並分析市場趨勢、客戶偏好及競爭對手動態，以發掘業務增長機會 -定期巡店，確保各門店遵守公司政策及營運標準 -與市場推廣團隊合作，制定並執行促銷活動 -與供應商談判價格及合約，以提升整體盈利能力 -使用銷售點系統（POS）追蹤銷售表現及庫存水平 -處理升級的客戶問題及投訴，提供優質客戶服務並解決客戶關注事項 任職要求： -至少 3 年零售行業經驗，有 超市／食品雜貨零售環境 經驗者優先 -具備優秀的客戶導向思維、判斷力、分析能力、批判性思考及溝通能力 -以人為本並具備結果導向的工作態度 -具備良好的主動聆聽、談判及簡報能力 -能夠在公司各層級建立並有效管理人際關係 -具備策略規劃能力及領導能力 -能以 英語及中文（普通話及／或廣東話） 溝通 Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and meet sales targets - Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores within the market - Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and sales staff - Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth - Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards - Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns - Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to optimize profitability - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales performance and inventory levels - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues and addressing customer concerns Requirements: - MINIMUM 3 years of retail experiences, preferably in a grocery environment - Advanced customer focused, judgment, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills - People-oriented and results-driven - Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - Architect strategy along with leadership skills - Able to communicate in Both English and Chinese (Mandarin or/and Cantonese) 如感兴趣请联系If you are interested, please contact：647-479-2193 or 微信 Wechat：HRBtrust2024 or 電郵 Email: [email protected]
