We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Officer** to join our team. In this role, you will assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining organized warehouse processes. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and ship goods accurately and on time * Organize, store, label, palletize, and handle inventory safely and efficiently * Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation * Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization * Coordinate with team members and vendors to support smooth warehouse operations * Perform general warehouse duties and other daily operational tasks as assigned Qualifications * No related experience required — training will be provided * New graduates are welcome to apply * Familiarity with warehouse systems and shipping/receiving documentation is an asset * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills in both **Chinese and English** (written and verbal) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities * Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures is an asset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Job Details * Location: Enterprise Rd, Mississauga * Employment type: Full-time / Part-time (adjust as needed) * Payment: Direct deposit only (SIN required for payroll processing) * We provide health insurance, paid vacation, and training opportunities.
