Job description Responsibilities and Duties: Create high-quality design drawings for kitchen and bath cabinetry, utilizing 2020 design software or equivalent tools. Operate the company’s internal system to assist customers in placing and processing orders. Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and improve product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to the clients. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the kitchen or bath industry. Skills:Proficient in 2020 design software or similar tools. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. A strong passion for kitchen and bath design and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
