We sincerely thank all that have interest in working with us! Company Description Cuppa Tea is a café serving handcrafted milk tea, Hong Kong-style beverages and snacks. We are a Toronto based café serving handcrafted Hong Kong style teas/drinks/snacks. Our most popular drink, the HK-Style Signature Milk Tea is brewed with top quality tea leaves, and goes through multiple processes of our HK tea pulling technique to achieve the richness of the tea flavor. Job Description Are you a hard-working individual with a passion for HK style food and drinks? We are looking for committed individuals with previous food serving experiences and a positive attitude. Must be self-motivated with strong work ethics and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must also be comfortable working as a team and possess strong communication skills. Fluent English is required. Top performed individuals will be promoted to shift leaders/assistant store manager. Current morning shifts: 10am to 5pm, afternoon shifts: 5pm-10:30pm (11pm if busy); The ideal candidates should be available a minimum of 2-3 afternoon shifts per week including the ability to work over the weekends and holidays. Full-time availability is highly preferred. Location: 89 Queens Quay West, Toronto, ON (Toronto Harbourfront) Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service, greet customers with a big smile and accommodate their requests when needed; - Cash handling at the POS, take orders accurately in accordance to customer preference - Prepare food/drink orders in accordance to formula/preparation techniques - Maintain a clean and safe environment - Prepare ingredients for the day - Monitor and record inventory - Perform other related duties upon requests Job Types: Full-time, Part-time COVID-19 considerations: To keep our staff safe during COVID-19 period, we've provided screens, masks, hand sanitizers and gloves in the store.
