JobDescription Reports to: Director/Vice President Location: North York We are looking to hire an experienced Escalation Manager to support our call center (inbound andoutbound environment). The ideal candidate should have experience managing a call center environment, strong mentorship and leadership abilities,extraordinary data analysis, report generating, excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Job Description: Reporting to the Director and VicePresident. The Escalation Manager will manage the customer service team, able to resolve escalation issue, provide instant feedback, critical thinking and have problem solving ability. Duties will include: • Provide leadership and guide the team of representative on a daily basis to ensure that all escalation issue resloved. • Analyze call center call data, report customer complaint issues and provide solutions to Director and VicePresident. • Able to control Call Centre cost, improve the customer service quality and boost sales. • Manage and ensure that the call center customer service quality, compliance regulations and company standardsare met. • Perform other duties assigned by Manager Experience/Skills: • Post-secondary education,University degree or Master’s degree (specialized in Business Administration orrelated field preferred) • 3 + years of Management experience • Fluency in English is a definite asset at Carry Telecom Inc, we are committed to fostering an inclusive,accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued,respected and supported.
