Responsibilities: 1. Sell new policies/ writing new business through outbound call initiatives; 2. Handling and closing raw quotes generated by online quote engine; 3. Quality servicing of clients, assist clients with policy questions and issues; 4. Complete applications and issue certificates of insurance; 5. Assist clients with billing and payment issues; 6. Handle, process, and follow-up on claim; 7. Develop strong customer relationships; Qualifications: 1. High school diploma (completed); 2. Minimum one-year sales or customer service experience. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; 4. Proficiency with problem-solving; 5. Able to multi-task (think, talk and type) in a fast-paced environment; 6. Excellent computer skills.
