We are actively looking for qualified Recruiters to join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced team environment, supporting the acquisition process of contingent labour of major clients in operations. Working Locations: North York / GTA Permanent position with benefits Expected Skills & Competencies -- Ability to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines -- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment -- Passion for improving the customer experience (with 'customers' broadly defined as candidates, new hires and hiring managers). Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met -- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems is a plus Key Responsibilities -- Effectively manage the full-cycle recruitment process for client's requirements including creating job descriptions, targeted recruitment/headhunting, interviewing and screening candidates -- Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labour acquisition process including requisition creation in a web-based workforce management system -- Prioritize and use time management skills to be able to work on 5-12 orders at any given time -- Assist Management with qualifying top talent based on pre-defined roles -- Conduct tests, background checks, reference checks and preparation of required paperwork -- Assist in collection of contractor hours and other Payroll supporting -- Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands How to Apply: Please submit your resume to [email protected] with the subject of "Recruiting Specialist". ------------------------------------------------------------------ Great Connections (www.gc-employment.com) is a leading Ontario-based full-cycle employment services agency, providing premium human resource solutions to clients, large and small in a multitude of industries.
