We are currently seeking a full-time female administrative assistant. Fluency in English with an IELTS score of 7, Mandarin and Cantonese are mandatory. Experience in Rehabilitative Case Management Firm and Motor Vehicle Accident Claims knowledge is highly valued. Responsibilities: • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and fast learning and using our system launched by the government • Preferred minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative assistant role within a healthcare setting. • Demonstrated capacity for initiative and independent action with sound judgment and ability to follow directions. • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a collaborative team-player mindset. • Experience in minute-taking if necessary. • Excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Capable of working independently while managing multiple demands, including time-sensitive requested. • Exhibits tact and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters. • Shows willingness and capability to assume new responsibilities. • Maintained satisfactory attendance standards. • Ensures strict maintenance of confidentiality. • Effective and appropriate communication with a multidisciplinary team. • Willingness to perform additional assigned duties. • Exceptional customer service skills are essential. Requirements: • Completion of Community College/University. • Permanent residents or citizens will be given preference.
