we are currently seeking an upbeat and motivated full time Customer Service Representative that will communicate and provide assitance to a diverse range of clients. Qualifications: - Positive and motivated attitude with strong collaboration and problem solving - The ability to become a product expert in a range of products and deliver this information to customers in a clear and professional manner - Comfortable speaking in person or on the phone regularly to customers - Capability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail oriented when reviewing customer materials - Efficiency when maintaining customer and order information - Familiarity with digital design tools and/or printing - Mandarin (Prefered) - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
