We are looking for a front-house management trainee to grow with the organization. Reporting to the regional manager, the job holder will learn to oversee the daily operations and provide outstanding customer dining experience. Successful candidates must have a passion for the hospitality industry and preferably some experience in this field. The successful candidate will undergo a job rotational plan to prepare for the FOH manager position, during which the job responsibilities may include: - Engage with clients and take their food orders accurately using the system. - Deliver food orders to tables promptly and clear plates when guests are finished. - Set tables for new clients efficiently. - Handle reservations, waiting lists, phone calls, and customer inquiries. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally - Operates shift with a growth mindset, increasing sales and guest retention - Assist in the reduction of operational costs including inventory, supplies, and labor - Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area - Handle guest complaints according to the provided guidelines Job Type: Permanent Full-time Shift Requirement: Need to be flexible for afternoon shifts, 6 days a week.
