职位描述 • 作为主要联系人,与客户建立长期关系 • 通过电子邮件、电话、在线演示、屏幕共享和面谈等方式帮助客户 • 与主要客户、客户利益相关者和执行赞助商建立值得信赖的顾问关系 • 确保根据客户需求和目标及时、成功地交付解决方案 • 向内部和外部利益相关者明确传达月度/季度计划的进展情况 • 预测和跟踪关键客户指标 • 通过参加教育机会、阅读专业出版物、维护个人网络和参加专业组织,更新工作知识 • 通过主动完成新的和不同的要求,探索为工作成就增值的机会,提高部门和组织的声誉负责保持现有客户满意,并提供卓越的日常客户服务 • 监控和分析客户对我们产品的数据 • 负责与销售团队合作,加入和整合新客户,发展老客户关系 • 联络客户和内部团队 职务要求 • 具有丰富的客户管理或其他相关经验 • 具有在组织各级进行可信、有效沟通、展示和影响的能力 • 具有根据客户需求提供以客户为中心的解决方案的经验 • 具备同时管理多个项目的能力,同时严格关注细节 • 出色的倾听、谈判和表达技能 • 出色的口头和书面沟通能力 • 拥有相关专业的学士学位或同等工作经验 • 5 年以上市场营销经验,最好有代理公司背景 • 自我激励,能够在以结果为导向的环境中茁壮成长 • 天生的关系建立者,正直、可靠、成熟 • 能够优先完成任务 • 具有批判性思维和解决问题的能力 • 了解网站开发、营销、测量和分析、内容管理和互联网技术 • 出色的时间和项目管理技能。 • 注重细节 • 精通 MS Office Suite、Google Apps 和其他桌面支持软件 Job Description • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stake holders • Forecast and track key account metrics • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis • Monitor and analyze customer's data for our products • Responsible for working with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing exiting client relationships • Liaise between customer and internal teams Candidate Requirement • Proven account management or other relevant experience • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in appropriate file of study or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of marketing experience with agency background desirable • Self-motivated and able to thrive in results-driven environment • Natual relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity • Ability to prioritize among completing tasks • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management and internet technology • Excellent time and project management skills. • Keep attention to details adherence to deadlines • Expert at MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and other desk support software
