Independently execute the demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify issues and their impact. Communications direct to factory needed. Gather demand data from countries and regions to synthesize information using complex analyses and deliver demand signals to contribute to demand forecasting. Manage a team responsible for logistics, and make sure they run smoothly Manage and maintain supply chain inventory and records, including own warehouse and 3rd part warehouses. Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts). Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. Other tasks assigned by CEO. 【Requirements】: Bachelor degree or above in math, statistics or a related field Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field Very strong analytical and data modeling skills. Working experience of relevant software (Ex. SAP, WMS) Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Good understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.
