CONTACT INFO: 多咨处 905-305-3111 [email protected] 【Full time】 Responsibilities: • Communicate with the client in person, by phone, email, text, etc. to answer all of their questions/inquiries, provide professional advice or recommendations • Make frequent phone call, including cold call, to reach out to customers and provide latest product/service information • Understand customer’s needs to provide effective solutions to promote our services. • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys • Address customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints • Advise on company information to clients • Support Company and marketing events and ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements • College or Degree holder in any discipline • Min. 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales in a fast-paced environment • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) • Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail and look for process solutions • Ability to adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities • Customer service orientation, be approachable • Demonstrate clear ownership & accountability for own deliverables. Results oriented • Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill • Able to work independently and be a team player • Comfortable to live with ambiguity • Self-motivated and challenge status quo for continuous improvement • Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
