We believe in only sourcing high stander material, professional workmanship in Town and provide 100% custom window covering to our customers at a fair price. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative. This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential Customer. This role requires strong abilities in the close deal and developing of new accounts with a focus on building on long term customer relationships. Responsibilities Continuously train and coach the Brand Ambassadors on how to professionally engage customers Work closely with Sales Management, Traditional Marketing Management, and the General Manager to set and reach annual objectives Build and maintain customer and client relationships A consistently positive attitude and great motivation The ability to learn quickly and move on from both success and failure Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations Required Qualifications Qualifications: Experience in retail experience (at least 2 years). G Licence. Proven track record in achieving sales results. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work with a diverse client base. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google system, client tracking systems and email. Must have authorization to work in the Canada or in the country where the position is based.
