【工作职位】:家具制造商 Marketing / Graphic Design 【工作地区】:Richmond Hill 【工作时间】:Monday - Friday 8 hours shift 【工资范围】:$24-26 【语言要求】:英语流利,国语流利 欢迎相关经验者,新移民,本地应届毕业生,及持工签的留学生申请,可协助移民。迅速安排面试,保OFFER。 有意向申请者请发送您的简历到以下邮箱并在标题注明51.ca。我们的求职顾问会在第一时间联系您, 谢谢。 【Job Description】: Plan, develop and lead multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales Manage marketing plans, budgets, schedules, and project status reports Oversee and engage existing and new customers through varying marketing initiatives Research new marketing trends, opportunities, and brainstorm ideas Update and maintain product catalog, specification, and price guides, IOA inventory items, marketing brochures and online library database, with the help of the Marketing Coordinator Coordinate publication of digital and print ad campaigns, including negotiating with ad agencies, partners, printers, while managing project budgets, quotes, invoices and packing slips Analyze campaign performance and develop effective content and marketing programs Address problems and troubleshoot campaigns Travel to, plan, and coordinate events, tradeshows/exhibitions, meetings, product logistics, and flights, hotel accommodations for each employee required to be present 【Requirements】: Establish positive public relations with clients, dealers, individual reps, rep groups, architects, and designers Identify, designate sales leads and contact clients through networking, tradeshows, and other marketing and PR methods Discover and build new sales channels and market, online (i.e. Wayfair) and offline (in-person) Manage and respond to RFQs/RFBs/RFPs, general inquiries, or requests from customers, such as: end-users, architects, designers, reps, and dealers. Create sales presentation content for potential clients and business partners Collaborate with the sales, management team and PR Manager to conduct customer meetings and product trainings for new reps and dealers Manage state, independent and co-op contracts with external procurement/purchasing offices Address client complaints or concerns Enter customer data and sales leads into CRM system. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Communications, Interactive Multimedia and Design, Graphic/Web Design and/or Sales Management (an asset) Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite programs such as: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dropbox and WordPress Experience in working with a CRM system (Salesforce), a marketing automation software platform (Act-On or Pardot) and virtual library database: MyResourceLibrary (preferred) Excellent understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics and Ads and use of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google apps: Gmail and YouTube Experience with Sales is an asset Familiarity with industry publications, market research and company competitors Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings, marketing strategies, and more Exceptional written, verbal communication, administrative, organizational, time management planning, multi-tasking, and cross-functional skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment. Fast learner, detail-oriented, innovative thinker, and customer-centric problem solver Ability to work well under pressure and adaptability Personable, have a positive attitude and good sense of humour.
