My go to AYCE sushi spot! Lots to choose from and the quality is amazing. All the staff are super friendly, would 1000% recommend!

I have been coming to this place for more than 10 years. They have it all. I always choose the all-you-can-eat option to sample the wide variety of delicious dishes they offer.

This place takes the cake for our most reliable AYCE sushi spot! We recommend going during the weekends as that's when the fish tastes the freshest. The salmon sashimi is the best, and we love the torched aburi sushi and the dim sum, surprisingly enough. And they also have great kiwis and ice cream to end off our sushi feast. They are also accommodating of our avocado aversion and also puts the avocado on the side which is very much appreciated. They also try not to overload the rolls with rice to fill you up, whereas we find other AYCE do that too much. Shout out to Thuy especially for always being so warm and welcoming and funny during our visits! We brought our family and she helped make it a comfortable experience for them. Although it is very much a hole in the wall spot, don't let the decor fool you from good sushi. It will occasionally have off days trying to up-to-date in terms of freshness (typically the start of the weeks), but they consistently put in the work to provide the best that they can. Definitely check them out!

Got a takeout tray - one of the fish was smelly, and the rest lacked any flavour. Many pieces felt like they had more water in them than most sushi I've had before.

I've been here last year with my 10 y/o daughter and was disappointed when they charged her as an adult. Because of that, I forgot that the food here was very pleasant. First off, the ambience of the dining room makes you feel like you're at an izakaya. Geisha dolls on the walls, Kanata displayed as well made for a great aesthetic. Only wished there were curtains or dividers blocking the horrible wall of boxes and containers that looked extremely ghetto. Secondly, the food was absolutely incredible aside from a few dishes. We had a large spread of nigiri, maki, and sashimi. Fish was warm, which is how it supposed to be served, none of the sushi fell apart and the sushi rice was properly cooked. My favourite dish was the Snow Dragon Maki Rolls. The tobiko and kewpie mayo they use compliments the red tuna and avocado in the roll and adds a huge punch of umami. Only issues is the naming conventions: they call Tonkatsu "pork tempura" which i found weird. Menu also seemed to be way too large for this small space and with only 2 sushikos working dinner service. Lastly, the service was way better than last time. Both servers took the time to tell us what every dish is that they were bringing to our table and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. FAIR PRICES, GREAT SERVICE, AMAZING SUSHI. ARIGATO GOZAIMAS !

The sushi is incredibly fresh! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish and the fish to rice ratio for both the maki and sushi (significant amount of fish relative to rice). Definitely try the white tuna! The service was great and our server was warm and friendly. Echo Sushi is a great option if you’re looking for reasonably priced, good quality sushi.

Amazing little restaurant, very attentive, amazing food and good portions, didn’t feel rushed and quality of the fish was amazing, will definitely come back next time I’m in Toronto!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PLASTIC IN FOOD! Used to be a proper spot but now quality is sub par and overpriced. Menu items have changed less vareity less quality. Maybe ownership/management changed. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this ayce sushi in any way whatsoever as on my final visit we found plastic inside one of our sushi rolls as shown in the top middle of the pic. The goof owner/mange tried to dismis it as no big deal and offered 15% discount as a compensation. What a goof. Never again will we visit this trash hole. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
