We had chashu set with Kare miso and vegetarian spicy miso which lacked hotness of spice. The broth is not deeply flavourful but still tasty enough. Excellent presentation and service.

I had a good experience at this place! I’ve been back multiple times at this location and it’s been pretty good. I had the ramen+bowl combo and it was quite filling. The broth was intense but it wasn’t overwhelmingly heavy. Since it was a hot day after working out the salt level was ok for me too. The price is more or less fair for the portion too. They do not accept reservations but we went relatively early by 6 pm and it was raining, so we managed to get seated pretty quickly. Service was good with adequate water refills and the check out was smooth too.

My first time trying Ramen. They had two veg options. Both were good. And loved their Mochi!! Must visit:)

We come to this location knowing how good its downtown store is. Great customer service. Our ramen are spot on. Hot soup- that’s important- noodles and the rest are flavorful. Speedy service and staff are still attentive- will come back !! Thank you!

Really yummy authentic ramen, great service and atmosphere. My only criticism is that you have to order an egg separately.

A small but delicious ramen shop! My partner and I shared a spicy ramen set with salmon rice and it was perfect!

I recently came back from a trip in Japan, so I was skeptical about having Japanese food again in Toronto. I'm happy to say that this place was not too far from what I was having in Japan. I ordered the Kara-Miso Ramen and a melon soda ice cream float (very popular in japan). Ramen was rich and flavourful, and the drink gets even better as the ice cream starts to mix with the soda. Every worker seemed to speak fluent Japanese, which is nice if you want to practice speaking it. Also, there are no reservations, so try to go during off hours.

Delicious ramen place. Very busy especially at night, expect a 30min wait if not reserved. Waiter was nice enough to split our group to accommodate everyone. Egg comes separately but broth is tasty. Noodles were a bit undercooked since I like mine softer. 8/10

2024 Update (one star off): Havent been her for many years. No line up (Sunday 1 pm) The store has very low maintinance, once we open the door, some dirty smell came out from the store, window and floor are dirty. Raman size seems smaller than before. Taste is average. Orginal Review: Long line up, not many sitting place, authentic Japanese remen, good soup base. I like the cold salad ramen.

Very underwhelming. I probably will never go by google reviews again after this. Pros : > Decent Atmosphere > Kind staff Cons: > Very subtle flavours, small portions of ramen and possibly the thinnest slices of meat I have ever seen > Staff took away my food before I was finished with it > Staff felt over attentive to the point of annoyance Overall, I guess the ramen is the way it's supposed to be? This is just my experience but I really wish I had spent my money elsewhere. If you are looking for quantity or strong flavours, look elsewhere.
