As delicious as ever! I enjoy the steamed fish. The duck with yam is great. The fortune cookies now come with vanilla or orange or chocolate flavour.

We enjoyed the food. Combo meal for 3 has enough for leftovers!!

Food is always terrific, with a great selection of options.

Keep in mind that you'll be taking a trip down memory lane when you visit Jadeland. Nostalgic 80s restaurant ambiance with authentic Cantonese cuisine. The dated decor and flavours of the sizzling hot plate and fried noodles bring me right back to my childhood. Service was friendly and welcoming.

We only go here for dim sum on Sunday a couple times a year, so I have no idea how good the items on the regular menu may be. Jadeland is our new dim sum spot, as our other two long-time standard places declined in quality and atmosphere over the past several years. Everything today was fresh and tasty. There are only about 6 or 7 tables in this small place, but the one server was attentive and efficient. She spotted a duplication in our order, and made sure we got what we meant to order. We went for dim sum again Sunday at 11:30, and were seated at the only empty table. Everything was perfect. The single server was taking care of everyone, and food was flowing smoothly from the kitchen to the tables. We went again at 11am on a Saturday, and once again everything was perfect.

We do mainly take out and delivery from here. Good Chinese food of the Canadian faves - garlic spareribs, egg rolls, fried rice etc. Best when freshly made…especially the egg rolls.

We had not been back for a couple years, lots of other new places to try, lots of other reasons. But, Saturday had us searching for something different, and we ended up at one of our past favourites. In the past, always very good. But tonight, super fantastic ! Everything was GREAT ! We ordered from across the menu, picking out some of the tougher dishes to get right, including the BBQ duck, and I am VERY picky when it comes to a properly cooked duck. From the won ton soup starter, the egg rolls, and a half dozen different rice, meat, and veggie dishes …….. everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was fantastic ! Also, the staff, super team approach, all dishes to the table piping hot, every need taken care of, and all super polite. Worth the price and was glad to tip for great service.

Awesome dim sum and cantonese food place on somerset! Food was delicious and staff were very accomodating and warm. Highly recommend checking out this place with friends :)

Some of the most BOMB food I've had in a while. Finally a meal my 14 kids can enjoy. Love the work you guys put into cooking.

There are definitely trendier places but Jadeland is an old school restaurant in the heart of Chinatown. It still serves the same good food from the same menu from the 80s.
