Family run store. Decently priced food. Decor is dated but the couple that run the place are very pleasant and polite. Had the cod with chips which turned out better than I expected. While eating in noticed a lot of local area residents order take out from this shop so they must be doing something right.

Food (cobbler and chips) was better than expected and reasonably priced. I asked them to replace the chips with coleslaw and they obliged without charging me extra. The dining area was a bit cramped and dated, and I left the with that peculiar kitchen smell all over me. Service was friendly but painstakingly slow. I was there at 3:00 pm with only one other customer before me but it took them 15 minutes to prepare the food.
