Their food and service is great, their drinks are incredible. I've sat in quite often here and always had a good experience, recently I placed an order for pick up/takeout and although they don't have a button to take the tax off for the Indian Status Tax Exemption they were quickly able to accommodate for it

The Vibes were very good and the food was very tasty. I'm also Impressed with the service that I must comment the waiter was very attentive and kind.

Great experience … we had a reservation and got there on time … but we were forgotten about for like 10 mins on our table … it was not an issue at all - however we ended up getting over the top service and a complementary dish (can’t recall which) - great service recovery! Tried the crabs for the first time - and liked it !

Went here as it was a birthday treat, I ordered the blackened chicken and I was bloody amazing. In our group we had one with an allergic reaction to mushrooms, and they were well looked after, it was like they had their own chef. Well done keg team. The rest of the food was delicious and so was the birthday cake .

We celebrated Father’s Day at Keg today. We loved the bacon wrapped scallops and the crab cakes that we had ordered for starters. The Blackened Chicken and the Pistachio Crusted Oven Roasted Salmon was great but the Brussels Sprouts that came with the salmon was undercooked. Cheesy Noodles in the Kids’ menu was a good portion size. Our server Simone was nice and friendly.

A bit of a late review, but I went to this Keg location on Mother’s Day with my family and saying it was an unpleasant experience is an understatement. Throughout our reservation service was slow and dining at the high top tables was quite uncomfortable, but it was Mother’s Day so we understood why the accommodations were less than ideal. After waiting 50 minutes for our food, three of our tables’ steaks were all cooked wrong. We ordered two of them medium well and they came out rare. Upon expressing these concerns to the manager replacement steaks were made, but this meant another long wait time. The three replacement steaks were finally brought out, and once again were cooked wrong, and after cutting them were swimming in a pool of beef blood (as pictured once removing the steak from the plate). We expressed our concerns with the manager and it was removed from the bill, but that night my mother and father went home without a meal, without eating dinner, and with my mother having an awful Mother’s Day. I understand that the holiday occasion made the restaurant busier, but a steakhouse should be able to cook a steak properly, especially after 4 attempts.

So this wasn't our first time here; we love The Keg... But now I need to tell you about Dave. He was frankly the best staff member we have ever had. He made recommendations, explained each cut of steak, the flavors, textures and where the fat was! Like what?! He really hit the ball out of the park! Very helpful, and now we have found our favorite order. Thank you so much for being amazing, and this review is the least we can do. Thanks Dave!

The Keg is always a safe choice. Everything we’ve ordered was good and the service was polite. I wanted to try something different and ordered the ribeye Chicago style. It looks burnt, but that’s on me. I’ll stick with the regular way next time. The parking here is atrocious though, such a small lot to serve the whole restaurant.
