Excellent authentic Sichuan hotpot. The food quality is value for money. Applauded to the staff for their dedicated work spirit. Attention to details to ensure their service meeting customers expectations. Artistically decoration made me feel like eating locally in Chengdu, Sichuan. I will go back again. Highly recommended with two 👍👍up.

Poor service, repeatedly burned by the boiling soup base, only one waiter was working at 1pm 32.99 for each person and additional 25.99 for two flavoured soup base, there was no indication that each person is individually charged such amount. Never coming again. Was overcharged.

We were only 2 people eating and they overcharged us $100.00 when it’s only 32.99 per person plus the 25.99 it should’ve been less than that. The waiters barely came over when we asked for utensils and stuff so this was a rlly disappointing experience.

One of the best ayce hotpot I've ever had!

Among many of the hoptop restaurants we've been, Shudaxia Hotpot would be on our top 3 rank for all you can eat. The taste was very authentic and so much wide variety of food selections and very good portion. The most unique is the interior design. It is so traditional looking with the red lanterns different paintings on the walls and the furniture. Scan to order from the phone makes it extremely convenient. One thing to note is that if you are not too good with handeling the spicy, make sure you tell the server that you want lesser spicy in mild soup. It was too spicy for us even if we ordered the mild for the spicy soup. Will definitely come back again.

This place is an AYCE hotpot restaurant that focuses on Sichuan spices, which basically means the food is going to hurt your butt afterwards, and it's completely worth it. My partner and I went in on a Saturday evening without a reservation and it took roughly an hour on the waitlist before we got seated. The price is about $50+/person after tax and tip, which is pretty in line with the other AYCE hotpot restaurants in the area (such as Liuyishou). The internal atmosphere and aesthetic is quite reminiscent of being in a bustling inner city restaurant, with nice decor. The male restroom was relatively clean which leads me to believe that the female one is pristine. There's a basket for your jackets so they don't smell like hotpot for the next week. The food was quite on point, and most of the flavour will be in the soup + the sauces that you get to create yourself. They have a soft serve machine that unfortunately I didn't get to try due to my food baby threatening to kill me. The host of the night promised that the ice cream would have been delicious... Sad... The service was slow at times since there seemed to be a few new people on the wait staff, but that's alright. Most of the ordering is done through a QR code scan, so just don't need extras like a slotted spoon... Or napkins... And you're golden ! Jokes aside though, it was a great experience and enjoyable for my stomach- although I can't say the same about my butt :)

When we got there, half the restaurant was empty and we were quick to be seated but once we sat down all the wait staff disappeared. We had to ask for cutlery, bowls and utensils multiple times. The hotpot pot came before all our eating utensils were even there. Meats were okay, service was very slow, management seems very lost and confused at times. We went to pay and they didn't even know what we ordered or how many people were eating at our table. For the price, I think the service and food was lacking. Only people drawing people in seems to be the tik tok videos made of it.
