Got my Jacket STOLEN here! Want to share my experience with Caffino. Went there for my friend's birthday dinner, food was okay but someone STOLE my jacket. It has been 3 weeks and I've tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, they keep telling me that the manager will get back to me and that they will call the parties with reservation that night to see if someone took it by mistake. But unfortunately manager hasn't reached out to me yet. VERY disappointed with the experience. I would advice to keep your belongings to yourself if you decide to dine in --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Reply to owner's reply: Wow, talk about an overreaction. Just to set the record straight: I never accused your staff of stealing my jacket. In fact, the only thing I liked about your place was how supportive your staff was, assuring me that the manager (that's you) would give me a call back. All I asked was for you to review the footage and contact the people who made reservations during that two-hour window, as someone might have taken my jacket by mistake. There was one jacket left on the coat rack at the end of the night, after all. I challenge you to meet in person and review the evidence together. If you are confident in your claims, this should not be an issue. My jacket remains missing, and your refusal to cooperate speaks volumes about your management and customer service. Also, what do you mean by "One of you own"? I hope thats not a racist remark because you'd be jeopardizing not only your business but the livelihood of everyone employed there in this economy. Your response not only shows a complete lack of professionalism but also highlights just how poor your customer service is. It’s even worse than your food, if that's possible. So, how about we skip the drama and you show some proof if you have any? Otherwise, maybe focus on improving your management skills. For anyone thinking of dining here, be aware: the customer service is as bad as the food. #LostJacket

We had a delightful evening! Our server was Vincenzo; he was absolutely amazing and made our first time dining experience exceptional! We had the gnocchi ( La Romano ) and fettuccine Toscana. Both were awesome!!

Found this little gem that was worth travelling from the East side. The owner Rosa was so friendly and proud of her restaurant. Lovely venue. Food was absolutely amazing and home made with love. Vincenzo our sever was a charming Roman. Will definitely be back!

We discovered Pasta Caffino on a Tuesday afternoon, and it felt like a little piece of Italy! 🇮🇹 We had the Penne with Grilled Chicken in a light pesto cream sauce, which was delicious. 🍝 The Aperol Spritz paired perfectly, adding a refreshing touch. 🍹 The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made our spontaneous visit delightful. We loved everything and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Italian flavors! ✨

The gem of liberty village. An amazing restaurant, with fantastic staff, and truly delicious food. Do yourself a favour, and come enjoy what Caffino has to offer. Buon appetito!

Really great experience dining here, felt like we were transported to Italy. Great food and amazing service, can’t wait to come again :)

Pizza's crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the cheese perfectly melted. A deliciously satisfying meal worth every bite.

The food was amazing...it was so fresh and flavorful! The service was even better than that...we felt so welcomed and taken care of! I didn't catch the name of our server but he is a wonderful human being and knows this business! Caffino felt like a little hidden gem in LV! The heritage building, decor, ambience, everything was on point!

I have been going to Caffino for years and every single visit is better than the last! The servers are amazing and make you feel at home (S/O Vince & Daniel ❤️). You haveeee to get the specials (they change often and are always amazing), and you must never leave without the cannolis 💓
