Nice space and enjoyed the service and food! Fresh and tasty - shared the double leg with the Casa Salad and also had the chicken thighs with fries and peri fries. The mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade were both tart and refreshing.

Went on Mother's Day, and the place was crowded. Food quality was compromised. The chicken thigh was raw, and the garlic bread was soggy. Service was also slow. I have dined in at this location many times, but this time, unfortunately, the experience was not good

Terrible experience!!! The staff treated customers completely differently and unfairly. I went into the restaurant and ordered Double Leg, but I was told that they didn’t have double leg any more. I said okay I’ll switch to 1/2 chicken. Then the white guy ordered right after me (like 1 or 2 mins after I ordered) ordered double leg, and had his order fulfilled. I told the cashier (a different person) that I wanted to order double leg before but they said they didn’t have it, how come this guy could order double leg？Then she was talking to the kitchen staff and got back to me be like “oh sorry when you ordered, we don’t have double leg. Now we have double leg, but there’s only 1 order and this guy already ordered. So I cannot give it to you.”. It’s only 1 or 2 mins between I and the white guy ordered, how could they suddenly have double leg back in the kitchen again??? I’m not sure whether it’s because of the poor communication and organization between the kitchen staff or it’s simply staff being racist and treated me unfairly. But This is outrageous. I feel offensive. Very disappointed at this restaurant.

Ordered on Uber eats but received burnt (completely black) garlic bread and all my sides were half full. Looks like it was thrown together. Chicken was alright but staff also disregarded my request for utensils, napkins and sauce on the side.

Came for dine in with kids and we all loved the food. Chicken was cooked just right. It was tasty Mohammed gave a great and quick service . We will definitely come back again.

The Nando's Richmond Hill used to be a great place. I can only assume that they have changed management because of the renos & menu changes. Tried it this week & chicken was Tough, Chewy & undercooked. The time before this, we went for chicken wings & they were out of wings!!
