Still an excellent choice for a buffet, with an excellent selection of food. We have been here for dinner before, but today we were here for lunch. It was still a good food selection, however the sushi seemed a little off and the fish fillets were cold. Otherwise it was a good outing!

I like their food and number of items they serve. They always fill up the food trays right after they need to. Service, washrooms and decorations can be better. But we always find it better place to enjoy food.

I've lived in Canada for 20 years and have visited Mandarin many times. This place has the best-cooked and most delicious food compared to other Mandarins. The 45th-anniversary special dishes are awesome too. I hope to come back again in the near future.

There is a mandarin statement. "Here you must enjoy your lunch and sit in the comfortable place." Today, I did experience hate, anger, mockery and sarcasm from several staffs. Their welcome was with hate and anger. Also, their service was very cold and with sarcasm. Very bad atmosphere. I tried to enjoy my lunch in my own way, since I don't let other people bad behaviours go on my nerve, but I don't go there any more. The place that they act with you as they are able not you as a customer deserve.

After 20 years of frequent visits and high satisfaction, my family and I decided to go for Canada Day festivities this year... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! We waited patiently in line for hours and respected the property and those around however I can't say the same for others in the line up- many were cutting in front of the line, disrespectful to other patrons waiting and worst of all were still allowed into the restaurant with their unruly behavior. We voiced our concerns to the manager on duty but unfortunately that went no where - he must like the chaos as he had no interest in being fair, respectful or professional to those who genuinely came out to enjoy the festivities and day out with family. If he didn't want to be there he has options and can find an opportunity somewhere else instead of insulting long standing customers and tarnishing Mandarin reputation. Thanks to Mandarin Scarborough for the absolute worst experience ever and for ruining such a great holiday for my family and other respectful citizens today.

The manager was very rude on Canada Day!!There were two ladies causing a disturbance for the line including for myself and he’s like not my problem they are the cut out line. I felt very disrespected because I’ve been at Mandarin Scarborough for over 15 years and never have I ever dealt with no accountability and unprofessionalism. I do not recommend anyone going to this location because the Manager in the Scarborough location has no accountability for when customers complains and was very unprofessional when dealing with it.

I recently visited Mandarin Restaurant for their free Canada Day buffet, and it was an incredible experience! The restaurant was also celebrating their 45th anniversary, which made the atmosphere even more special. The buffet had a fantastic selection of dishes, each one more delicious than the last. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a great time. The decorations and celebratory touches added a festive feel to the occasion. I highly recommend Mandarin Restaurant for their amazing food, excellent service, and the perfect blend of celebration and culinary delight. Five stars all the way!

Went tonight for my daughter and my own birthday. Lots of food choices. Had Western cuisine, wonton soup, noodles with fried chicken and mushroom beef. Sweets and my fav cream caramel, was all full. Our server came bringing a cupcake for me and for my daughter, we had lots of fun. Was there with other members of my family and my grandson. I felt welcome, treated with respect and friendliness, had a wonderful time. Will be back some other time!
