Saigon Lotus

I had the lemongrass vermicelli, it was delicious, best Vietnamese I've had in Toronto. Portion was very generous for $16. Staff were very sweet and attentive.

Highly recommend the steamed rice roll with wild mushroom! The flavour of the seasoning and mushroom itself was absolutely delicious.

The food and service is so good! I feel like pho broth is so important and they got it just right! I was so impressed with the flavor of Order #20. The desserts are also delicious. The friendly staff definitely made the experience even better. I would come again!

Tasty and big portions. The food came out fast and we enjoyed every dish we ordered. Recommend the vermicelli dish, the dry pho, or any of the soups.

First time ordering and most likely the last. The portion size for the price is absurd! $20 with tax for something the size of my hand. I genuinely can’t believe how tiny this portion is. Indian food places would double this size for less cost. What a shame! The flavour profile is somewhat there, but this is SO heavily salted I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Had to toss it out :(. There was also no potato as advertised. Waste of my money! Not shown: the left container is 1 inch high and right container is 2 inches high, to illustrate just how small the portion is. Ordered butter chicken.

We had the Golden Curry Vermicelli Soup and a Vermicelli Bowl with spicy lemongrass tofu seitan, BBQ vegan meat, and spring rolls. Both dishes were super tasty and came in generous portions. The filter coffee with condensed milk was amazing—definitely a favorite! For dessert, we tried the mango sticky rice, which they recommended. It was their best seller, but we found it pretty simple. The staff were really friendly and attentive, making our visit even better. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. Just a heads-up, they prefer debit or cash.

We visited during the afternoon when it wasn’t very busy, and the service was prompt and attentive. A highlight of our meal was the Vietnamese filter coffee – it was so flavorful and a perfect end to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend Saigon Lotus for anyone looking to enjoy authentic and delicious vegan Vietnamese cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. Don’t miss out on their Vietnamese filter coffee!

Vegan vietnamese food that looks amazing and tastes delicious!! I got the Pad Thai Lemongrass Tofu-Seitan & BBQ Vegan Meat, and was honestly so surprised that the vegan meat tasted exactly like real meat! The pad thai tasted a bit sweet and “tomato-y” which I found quite enjoyable, but the vegan meat really stole the show for me ^_^ The portion size was perfect for its price, and service was pretty quick at bringing out our food (although we went at a relatively quiet time). The only minor con was that it was a bit hard to get the waitress’ attention. Lastly, the interiors were stunning! I loved how the ceiling had a painted sky and how there were many decorations on the walls.

I ordered to go and they were very kind, they made it so quickly and it was very crispy and delicious! Sandwich, fries and a pop just for 10 dollars! Wow! That was awesome actually! Thank you!
