I recently visited this hot pot restaurant and had an outstanding experience! The variety of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths made for an unforgettable meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dining experience. A special shoutout to our waiter, Frankie, who made our visit even more enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Frankie’s excellent service and cheerful demeanor added a personal touch that made our night memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful hot pot meal!

Very busy haidilao - make a reservation in advance if you can. They take them via phone as well if there aren't spots online. We got a free app for having to wait 8-10 min after our reservation time before being seated. Ordering is easy with the tablet and food was served quickly as well. Everything was really good and filling - the atmosphere is always really great with the noodle dances, people's birthdays, and general warm vibes especially at this location.

I dined in 2 times : June 19th, 2024 and July 2nd, 2024. Both of times my experiences were amazing. Before my first visit, I checked the google reviews and felt skeptical thinking Haidilao might buy reviews or something because they’re rated very high. As I was dining in for the first time, my server JUNIPER was very helpful and professional, and so so sweet that I felt so welcomed and my image of haidilao totally changed! She would notice when I needed extra plates or when there was garbage on my table right away. I realized the reviews were genuine because the customer service was truly impressive on top of the great food. I tried sukiyaki broth, pork bone broth, and spicy broth. Everything I ordered was great tasting and delicious. When I was leaving the restaurant after eating, I felt like I couldn’t wait to come back. Second time I came back, overall the food tasted great as previous time except for melons (not sweet and hard texture compared to last time) and ice cream (because of their freezer issues, ice cream served melted). My server MARK was very professional and respectful and I was happy with his service. He offered me watermelon slices as he knew I wasn’t too happy with the melons. I would certainly come back here and try other soup broths. Haidilao made sure their employees have great customer service skills and I hope Haidilao treat the employees well with good money because they certainly deserve it!

We had a best experience with our waiter Leo, he provided excellent services. He always has smile on his face and happy to serve his customers. Definitely will come back to this location.

My favorite Haidilao in all city of Toronto. My host for the night is Mark. Mark’s given me AAA service and made my night so fun. He even gives me a small gift, it’s super cute because I love camera toy. This Haidilao has spacious seats and the staff is always friendly and nice, even during rush hours. I admire and respect them so much, so we should be kind to them. Strongly recommend for friends or family outings! And couples too!

I was starving last night and went to HAIDILAO with my bf at 11.45pm. Still lots of people at that time, but our waiter Mark, who is so patient and lovely. He gave me this really little cute thing as a gift at the end of our visiting. The strawberry drink is AMAZING! I would say it is even than the Machimachi one which used to be my favourite. And they’ve got really good deals for the beef at night time! My bf and I enjoyed it.

We've dined here several times (10+?) but I'm finally leaving a review for Maggi for her great service from start to finish. We were a party of 8 and sat in 2 booths with a retracting wall in-between. We were here for a birthday and they kindly put up a little sign, gave a small gift and sang happy birthday. We were offered complimentary food (steamed egg, golden buns) even though we were just there for the lunch special. Maggi was sure to let us know about the new dessert bar (which was clean and had so much variety) and got us celery and beef from the sauce bar to make our own soup with our tomato broth. As always, the lunch special is a great deal - generous portions for the price and you can even pack your leftovers if you can't finish it all. Sauce, food and dessert were all delicious but the customer service made the experience 10x better! Thanks Maggi!

The servers are extremely nice. The free manicure service my daughter loves. The dessert bar has lots of different kinds of jelly and fruits to choose from. The soup booth is very nice, the signature spicy one is great (which I usually buy their hot pot soup in the supermarket) and the sukiyaki one is unexpectedly delicious. You never go wrong here for a hot pot place. Although they are not all-you-car-eat but their portion is already 200% full so I can't take any additional complimentary ice cream and snacks. (You still can take them home)

Maggie was an AMAZING server with exceptional service! She was so generous, kind and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. I LOVE Haidilao so much, it is my favourite restaurant ever and I travel hours to come eat here always. Been here over 10+ times and it has never disappointed. Service is FANTASTIC always and food is CONSISTENTLY amazing. Thank you Maggie for being a superstar and thank you Haidilao for existing!!!!

Good experience in this restaurant. Wonderful service from front to back. Good deal on lunch special. Nice and clean washroom. Don't forget to order a side dish " dancing noodles " , the staff will make the noodle in front of you. The noodle flying in front of you. What a performance 👏!!
