Some of the food was okay, but the service was very poor. I haven't been treated like this in a long time. The entire meal was extremely unpleasant, and our rare family gathering was ruined. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

I was excited to try this dim sum place but it fell short of expectations. The interior is beautiful and unlike any other restaurant I've seen, but parking there is horrendous. Either go before 11am or park somewhere else. In terms of food, it was so mid. The taro dumpling for example, which is usually one of my fave items, tasted stale and was lukewarm. The pineapple bbq pork buns were stale (the pineapple topping was almost rock hard lol). Generally, almost all the food was lukewarm, stale, or bland. The only thing I'd recommend is the "pan fried prawn leek cake" which was flavourful, hot, and crispy. The har gow was not bad compared to everything else. They also don't even have egg tarts which I found so weird (they have "birds nest milk tart" tho). Service was typical of yum cha restaurants. I'm glad i tried this place but I don't think I'll be back!

We visited 2 days ago and had dim sum there. Deep fried taro was cold, har gow was like warm. Each dish seems they have been cooked and set aside for a while. Not good.

Probably more like 3.5 stars. Some items (like the rice rolls and buns) were pretty good, but others (like the lotus leaf glutinous rice, congee, and beef balls) were not great. They had some unique items too. Service was decent; the lady at the front helped us with our wet umbrellas, and everyone was fairly helpful. The food came out quickly. Atmosphere is pretty nice and new looking. Not an overly big space, but a decent number of tables, including some private rooms. A service fee of 12% was included on our bill (not sure if it was standard for all party sizes or if it's because we had 6 people). Parking was a bit packed for lunch on a weekday, so I could see it being harder to find a spot on weekends and holidays.

I went this place for dim sum on Victoria Day. Poor services and staff were not friendly . When I come to Toronto, I occasionally come to this restaurant . Compare to my previous visits,thier services and food quality have deteriorated. They prefer to serve thier frequent customers first and with friendly manner. Steam beef ball was worse. Other food was normal . Food quality was not worth for that price. We spent $200 for 7 people for dim sum. Service charge if paid by credit card. I won't come to this restaurant again for poor services and normal food quality Not recommend to come on public holiday, especially for new customer

sat inside a room, so it's not very noisy. overall renovation is very nice, traditional Chinese walls and doors, bird cages, arches.... I asked for a table of 3, the receptionist was so pleasant and asked me who else was coming? let me look out for them and bring them in. Finally, food selection was great and yummy. There Sichuan noodle texture was a pleasant surprise with a hint of spiciness, just right! Food came out fresh! will come back for sure!

Less of an authentic hk dimsum restaurant and more of a high end feel to it with the decorations, the presentation of the dim sum and the space. Dishes were well done. Would go again!

Dimsum was good fresh but they seem short staffed, asked for water and tea many times. Washrooms are individual rooms but unisex so the floor was very dirty. Reservation online was easy convenient.

Very authentic food. This is a very high end, delicate Chinese restaurant. The flavor is extremely authentic, pleasant, and appealing to all. Service is very attentive. Decor is tasty and space is ample. Highly recommended. We had crispy pigeon, sticky rice in fried chicken wings (you will appreciate how delicate this dish is), and an innovative seafood with curry.

First time had dim sum here because our go to place is in renovation. Surprise good, very traditional plus some upgrades, yummy and present well. Service can be better, table arrangements a bit crowded.

I always enjoy my experience here! The food and service are consistently great! I always get one of the soups and my fav appetizer is the salted egg yolk pumpkin and okra. Thank you Joanne and the rest of the staff for the amazing service. I'm looking forward to coming again soon!

Four of us from UBC had lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the dim sum and service and setting. Would definitely return. The four gigantic SIU Mai and piping hot barbecue buns captured our hearts. Other dim sum dishes caught our fancy.

3 of us went on a Saturday, we got the ribs, egg yolk squash, Taiwanese sausage, sweet and sour pork, half of a signature chicken and they offered complimentary desserts. My friend wanted the sweet and sour pork, otherwise I would order it since it’s such a staple white Chinese food lol, but they are so amazing! Not too sweet and you can taste the fresh pineapple aroma with many layers of flavours. Everything was so good I’m beyond impressed. With the inflation, I now barely dine out in any Chinese restaurants, Procidential 9 is on the pricier end , but everything was so well made, quality ingredients, complex cooking methods, things that you can’t replicate at home, I’d say it’s worth the price. Plus it has such a nice decor, beautiful and tasteful Chinese interiors. You know the food will be good just looking at the choice of grey bricks and furnitures, the owner is trying to do above and beyond on every aspect. Service was good in Chinese restaurant standard lol

Went there for dim sum. Busy and limited parking available. Some dim sums were pretty good, the rest are average. Overall is good. Recommended. It's newly renovated place. Busy line-up on weekends. Best to make reservations.
