Under new management--HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I used to enjoy getting take out from here. When i went to pickup my order, the entire order was wrong. I explained what i had ordered multiple times, I was told to come back in 10 minutes and they would fix my order. I came back in 10 minutes and was given the same platter, they had done nothing in the past 10 minutes to fix my order like they said. The sushi was awful, and on top of that I wasn't given any soy sauce with my order. Will never be ordering from this place again, terrible customer service. I was also not offered any type of compensation or discount for their mistake.

I have been to this place over the past 8 years of so. I always come out pretty satisfied. The ease of ordering what you want from pictures on an i-pad at each table, puts you in total control of what you order and how much you eat. Service is quick and polite. food is always fresh and tasty in this fast moving place. They have a pretty good selection of soups, sushi, sahimi, teppanyaki, seafood, deserts and drinks. And the fixed all-you-can-eat per person price covers it all, except for drinks. Recently some of the items on the menu like creme brule and some of the meat items seem to have disappeared. Yet the food and experience is still worth the price.

It’s sad to see they changed their ownership, and all of their previous staff left. I didn’t see any familiar faces. The new Japanese manager was so hard to communicate. I used to book party with Snow/Jeff (previous manager), they understood the menu and always gave me a best choice, specially for vegetarians. However, this new management just want to push you to spend more money, careless about your needs! Their fixed price is doubled as average! I also went there to try their new menu on weekends. Spent 30min waiting for a Raman, with canned vegetables, cold meat, and some other poor toppings! What???It’s definitely not worth $16, including mandatory 10% gratuity! Why we have to pay a server while we do self-service? We found our own settings, went to grab soy sauce, also brought orders to cashier, paid at cashier, just need to clean the table to complete a full service job... I would not suggest this location anymore. There are 3 Japanese restaurants besides can give me a better service. I could tell they tried to turn into a “real” Japanese restaurant with Japanese people, maybe Japanese owner. However, I didn’t see the soul of Japan, service, fresh foods, naturally taste, etc. Nothing. Do NOT waste your time here.

Both times I went here, my groups chose the AYCE option, and the sashimi and grilled meats were served in generous portions and sizes. However, as of last weekend, the AYCE option has been discontinued at this location, which means I probably won't be back. It's too bad, since their AYCE price was lower than most sushi restaurants. This place was not busy at all, so food was served quickly, but the servers were not attentive; dishes were not cleared away quickly, and we had to continually call a server when we needed drink refills or napkins. And for the lack of service, a 15% gratuity was automatically added to the bill.

Awesome place for all you can eat sushi. However, the variety is not that large as in other all you can eat places. The food is good and the service is reasonably fast! Would recommend if you are on your lunch break from work, or just want to catch up with some friends!

If you like fried food, they deep fry food almost to perfection. I’ve had sushi pizza before and it’s almost always burnt, here it was great. Unfortunately it kinda stops there, the taste is very bland at times. I was so exited for the gyoza but they only offer veggie which was very tasteless and bland once you tasted the centre, the same goes for the pizza, it was lacking flavour. The chicken teriyaki was soft and tasted boiled, it could have been crispy. Things I recommend: The beef teriyaki Tempura (everything except the pizza(it is fried though) and gyoza) Sort of recommend: The salmon sushi Deep fried banana Things I don’t: Chicken/salmon teriyaki Sushi pizza Gyoza Ice cream ( I usually love the ice cream but it tastes too much like creamy syrup, kinda like cream Soda) so if that’s your thing you will love it. Also booths are very comfy, so that was a pleasant change from other places.

this place is good for takeout !! i order tons of tempura from them all the time and despite the drivers getting lost to find my very easy to drive to house they’re always crisp and good. sometimes veggies aren’t fresh though, and some pieces are coated in too little/too much batter, but generally consistency is good!

Used to go to this location often 1-2 years ago but I was very disappointed in the food tonight. The sushi were tasteless (spicy salmon roll/tuna roll) and the rice used in the rolls was mushy/almost paste. The handrolls, a regular order from before had less ingredients than usual. Staff were in a haste in trying to avoid contact with customer. Not worth a detour anymore. Don’t recommend.

Not impressed with the quality of the food. It almost seems as if the rice is just plain white rice and it doesn't have the taste of actual sushi. Salmon is okay. Service is super slow, been waiting for a refill for over 25 minutes now. Rolls are not very presentable, they look poorly made. Tempura is mediocre. Overall experience is less than average.
