The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I often visit CoCo for a refreshing treat during my busy days, and it never disappoints. The bubble tea here is one of my favourites, with a great variety of flavours and perfectly chewy tapioca pearls. One of the things that stood out to me was how efficiently the staff handled a busy rush. Even with a long line, I received my order promptly without any compromise on quality. However, I did notice that some locations could improve their seating areas, as they tend to get crowded quickly. A bit more space would enhance the overall experience. Need to work on a reduced price tea for people that can't afford a cup of tea for $10, The price is way too expensive after adding tapioca and then sizing up.

The service in here was very bad

I've visited this Coco twice in the past week and tried the QQ black tea latte and brown sugar pearls jasmine milk tea. Unfortunately, both experiences left me somewhat dissatisfied. When QQ finally returned, I was excited to try it, but the portion of QQ inside the black tea latte was surprisingly meager. As someone who's had it many times before, I could tell it fell short of the usual quantity. Today's brown sugar pearls in the jasmine milk tea were also undercooked, with a noticeable hardness in the middle. Regrettably, I only noticed these issues after leaving the store, and I couldn't inform the staff in time. Two less-than-pleasant experiences in such a short span make me hesitant about choosing this Coco again in the future.

My first time having bubble tea! Observations - font on screens needs to be larger. Can't read it. Fix the bathrooms. Take down the plexiglass barriers at the counter. Some chairs in the table area the legs are weak and bend when you sit down. So some things to fix at this location, but otherwise pretty good.

Staff are really quick and efficient. When they have promotions, they always remember to pack the right items that comes with the drink.

I tried their matcha bubble tea & it taste good. It’s not too sweet unlike from other bubble tea shops that’s I tried & has the matcha flavour.
