Tables and floor are sticky and dirty. Meat is not fresh. For all you can eat the choice is so limited. Dipping sauce has only a few things and also not fresh. Beer taste like water. No idea how this place is still in business.

My bf & I randomly spotted this place & decided to try it. We loved the food! We had the lamb skewer, beef back strap & grilled shrimp. They were all tasty, seasoned well & grilled to perfection. Definitely going back to try more dishes.

Really good deal on hot pot and Skews 2 people all you can eat for $55 on weeknights. The Food is fresh and the hot pot is very interesting with charcoal. Lots of choices of meat and veggies. Amazing service.

食物中规中矩，但服务太差了，还要小费 If you're looking for a meal that's simply adequate and doesn't leave much of an impression, this place might do the trick. However, I must say that the poor service really detracted from the overall experience. Despite the food being decent, the lackluster attention and careless attitude of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame that the subpar service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

Kind of conflicted so I gave 3 stars and will write the pros and cons. Pros: -Currently $55 for 2 people for hotpot, plus soup base ranging from $6 - $10 (cash only). -skewers and dessert were nice -bad service made my wife forget her anger towards me. Cons: -our order was constantly missing something, never got our cold dish, the meat took some time, second round of skewers never came, had to remind them several times. Seems to be poor coordination between the waiter staff and the cooks. They are using a pencil and paper system which can lead to a lot of mistakes in the ordering process. -hotpot sauces look messy Overall price was cheap for hotpot but service made the experience a hassle. You can easily find better (non hotpot) places to eat for the same price.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. As many other reviews have stated, the service is awful here. The staff are apparently very inconvenienced when we request for things that are normally provided at a hot pot restaurant, like extra chopsticks to be used for raw meat or extra bowls (which we were denied). We had ordered canned drinks, a male server brought them to us, after a few minutes, another server comes by with the same drinks. When we told her we already got our order, she kissed her teeth at us making a loud tsk sound and rolled her eyes. What kind of attitude is this? Sorry, for making you do double work because you do not communicate with your colleagues? The self-serve sauce station was quite disappointing for a hot pot restaurant. Most of the items were nearly empty, and not once did we observe them refilling them. The food overall was just okay, nothing special. I guess you really do pay for what you get as we tried their $55 for 2 all you can eat offer. I also want to know how they have a 4 star rating with the type of service they provide. I don't expect them to have any return customers if this is how they treat their paying patrons.

If you want to go to a place with mediocre food where waitresses are rude and talk back at you then by all means. I came with a couple of friends on a Wednesday night. We got a table and had to sit there for 20mins before they noticed/served us. There was a 2hr limit for AYCE so we wanted to order asap. When someone FINALLY came over, we tried to explain that our time should start now, but only to be accused of not ordering any sooner?! When I asked for extra cutlery, they hesitated and asked why. I didn't think I needed to explain that it was for raw meat. The sauces for hotpot are self served at a station with an underwhelming variety.I'm not sure if they were running out on a Wednesday night or if they didn't have anyone to replenish the station, but half of them were empty. There are restaurants in the area with better food and a NORMAL level of service. So it's safe to say I will not come back. You have been warned.

Went there for the $50/2 ayce. First time, food is average hotpot stuff nth too special. We like to try new places and came here cuz of the rating as well. 這餐廳的4.2顆星是怎麼來的？？？ Worst customer service experience ever. They don't respond to you when you talk to them, not even a nod or yes or no?!?!.... We just want extra chopsticks for the uncooked foods and they seem to be doing everything unwillingly... 吃頓飯還要受你的氣是什麼情況？ 基本的客服都沒有。 No one came to take our order (soup base & food list) and they already gave us the pot and asked us why we hadn't put our orders yet... Excuse me??? I will never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend anybody to try.

Went in for the $55 for 2 all you can eat weekday special. Food was what is to be expected from an all you can eat. Comparable to most places in this price range. The last 2 reviews hit the nail on the head though. Worst service possible from a restaurant. I've had better counter service at a fast food joint. It's as if the minimum expectation to be served water and given cutlery is asking them to go above and beyond their regular job description. I do not understand how this place has an average rating of 4.2 stars. Maybe they changed ownership. Maybe new staff. No clue, but, until that changes do not visit.

The staff here seemed rushed and unhappy. There was really no acknowledgement other than "sit anywhere" then you write your order on a piece of paper and find a staff member to give it to. You have to do the same if you need anything else as they do not come to ask. The pickled cabbage and pork soup would have perfect without all the extra cilantro. The rest of the food looked good but had far too much spices. Not only is it cooked with spices, more is piled on after cooking. The menu should also indicate most of the food comes with a spicy spice shaken on top. It was too spicy for me and I couldn't eat half the food we ordered. In my opinion alot of the food was greasey and oily (of course normal for deep fried items). Try it for yourself is all I can say.
