I’m editing my review here based on the owners reply. Apparently you are capable enough of giving snarky replies but incapable of actually reading the review. My issue…let me make it simple enough for you…is that there was no way to contact you regarding the issue…I don’t fault you for the lateness, or even the food being cold…my issue…AGAIN…is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU…your phone doesn’t work…there is no voice mail. So is not about preventing the next black out…is about best practices such as answering a phone or even posting a message letting your customers know what is going on. Rest assure, that you won’t have to prevent a black out in my case…you just lost a client.

Quality, whole-food options without compromising flavour. Frequently here for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Great smoothies and fantastic salads. Grateful to have these guys

The first time that I heard about Imperfect Eats was on CP24 (many years ago) and I loved the concept. Then when I finally went to try it out, I loved it even more. It’s now one of our go to’s when we want a healthy affordable meal. The portions are great, the ingredients are fresh, and based on the two locations that I’ve been to (Adelaide and the PATH), the service has always been pleasant too. My go to order is build your own bowl with black rice and spring mix, charred chicken, charred broccoli, taro chips, edamame, tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapeños, alfalfa, sweet potato mash, and avocado garlic aioli dressing. I’ve only dined-in twice but I prefer to take-out.

I love this place, their food is always fresh, and I feel good eating here! Highly recommend 🥰

I am an imperfect food fan. They are the best keto food provider in the area . I started to have their food on my lunch break since March , I lost 10 pounds, they are really contributing my diet plan without me cooking myself . Their food materials are so fresh , well selected based on keto receipts. Yummy and healthy .....If you love food but still want to keep fit . Imperfect restaurant is the one to go ...

Ordered an açai bowl and it came with 1 little strawberry and it was pure liquid. Didn’t even send a spoon to eat It. Very disappointed I spent over $20 on this little bowl of liquid

First time ordering take out not the first time at the restaurant. Ordered the char chicken bowl & Thai mango drink, AMAZING!!!! The veggies were so fresh even after sitting in the container for a few hours. Don’t rave enough about this restaurant love them so much!

I’ve been going to imperfect for YEARS! Recently, their quality has gone down and their pricing has SKY ROCKETED. It’s really upsetting. I just ordered a wrap that I had to throw half of it out because the spring mix and spinach was a soggy mess, the cucumbers were old and starting to brown and get soggy as well. The sauce at the bottom was like soup. I used to order their wraps all the time and they were crunchy and fresh. I would literally order multiple times a week and pick up with ritual. Now though, I try every other week just to see what it’s like, end up paying over $20 for inedible mess. :(

The food was good but this place is so disorganized at lunch they really wasted my time… I ordered online so they had 30 mins to prepare my bowl. When I got there it then took another 25 mins before they served it. I paid an extra 2.50 for a scoop of whey protein in my smoothie, and was only informed after waiting nearly an hour that they didn’t have any, and they didn’t even offer to refund me… definitely will not be coming back to this location.
