Incredibly inconsistent hours (don't match posted times), understaffed and employees seem to try to hide from view. Would easily get 5 stars for the quality of drinks and fresh made tapioca if it weren't for the problems in service. I don't blame individual staff, it seems like it's not staffed properly enough to have regular hours (which inevitably leads to a decrease in customers) and staff literally hide in the corner behind the counter to avoid being seen when they are open.

The first thing I would love to say is the price is extremely unreasonable. I understand milk tea in downtown Toronto is always expensive, but the price for a milk tea is really NOT worth it, when I got brown sugar dirty milk tea for over 8$, and the size is only medium which is a small portion. The taste is OK and not too sweet, which I know some people would love it. The only good thing here is the texture of tapioca. Tapioca still remains chewy and soft after few hours, and the texture was actually great. However, the price was still not worth for the taste overall.

The tapioka is bigger than the straw's diameter (very big chuncks of tapioka). It makes it impossible to drink it. The guy working there did not care about our comment and he was dry with us.

Very good! Slightly sweet but I enjoyed their strawberry milk tea.

Tapioca is the perfect texture! Chewy and light, goes perfect with any drink that you order. Almost $17 for 2 drinks though, one of them a medium. $1 for the tapioca which I would pay for again.

their handmade pearls might not be what you’re used to, but the extra-chewy texture and fresh taste are definitely worth trying! drinks are good and consistent as well, and the service is always super friendly. be warned that they don’t always have all of the tapioca flavours available.

At the entrance of T&T market, They offer $1 special! Strawberry mochi niuniu $1 add colorful tapioca mix (free): Mochi is lukewarm. Strawberry smoothie is sweet and cold. The taste is good:)
