Been coming here for a long time as my kid loves this bubble tea but I noticed the sizes shrunk and the price didn’t shrink. Terrible for business. It will be the last time I give these thieves my money. Even tea is not safe from shrinkflation.

The drinks are good but we had to wait extremely long time to get 2 drinks. It was more than 20 mins because only one person working. There was another one sitting there but she was just playing with her phone. I don’t know what they expect if they have more clients. It wasn’t busy at all and it took forever for her to make the drinks. I think she had some orders online, because 2 more people coming and pick the drinks. But only around 4 drinks ahead of us and we waited that long!? They really need to improve their services.

Ordered two bubbles teas with 30% sugar but it tasted like 50%+ sweetness. They both were way toooo sweet :( Other than that drinks were great tho!

I ordered a double roasted milk tea & when I got it from Uber Eats it was awful, not fresh, not Delicious , I threw it to the garbage,I’ll never order anything from this store again🤢👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Been to this place and at first really liked them until I wanted to try new flavours. Not sure if this has anything to do with this particular location or staff is not trained properly or just lazy. Every time I ask for “kiwi tea” as they advertise they never have it available. When I want to try another fresh tea, they can’t make it with less sugar. I don’t know how or why they say this when all they can do is add less syrup. I’ve been a costumer since I’ve moved to this area and only frequent this tea shop but I’m really frustrated and disappointed with their costumer service. I will be going else where from now on. Not to mention the wait time is ridiculous. They are always understaffed and always out of ingredients don’t waste your time.

This is one of my favourite places to get bubble tea in the Yonge & Sheppard area. The only thing I will say is that the staff is usually not very friendly. But the bubble tea is delicious!

Horrendous service lazy and don’t want to work. Went at 830 and she said she’s closed . She was rude and rolled her eyes . If u close at 8:30 put that on google. Cuz ppl drive 30 mins through traffic to get here . Update :- was contacted by the owner and they rectified and gave me an explanation for what happened. Went back there and they were kind enough to offer me free drinks and apologized. I must say their drinks are delicious all of them were a hit even with the kids. I specially enjoyed the golden mango green tea !

Cute hidden gem in the food court under a condo building. Drinks are creative and refreshing! Love how many of them use real fruit. Try the trupioca as a lower calorie alternative topping to the classic tapioca, or grab one of their creamier dessert creations for an indulgent treat.

I tried their mango green tea and grape green tea. Both tasted pretty good. The fruit tea doesn’t taste too much artificial flavor, if any. Fruits are canned fruits instead of fresh ones, but this seems to be very standard in bubble tea industry.

I ordered 2 peach oolong tea and there’s still huge tea bag inside the drink. The drink doesn’t taste like peach maybe because of the tea bag inside the drink. The peach get overpowered and it gets bitter. Since, there’s a huge tea bag, enormous jelly and missing peach jelly inside a 500ml drink there’s only 100-200 ml left on the drinks. Hays it’s really frustrating. I expect better than this since I always order here.
