Avocado Sushi

Small, intimate sushi spot. Sushi was solid. The lady who served us was extremely kind to top up our green tea several times!

This is a Japanese restaurant with incredibly fresh food and delicious sushi. I tried the teriyaki chicken, teriyaki salmon, California roll, sushi(torch), and dragon roll. Each dish was a feast for the taste buds. The service was very friendly, and there was nothing to criticize. The environment was clean and bright. They also offer a discount for cash payments. I highly recommend this place; it’s one of the best sushi restaurants in Toronto.

i ordered a sushi combo to go tonight and I found three hairs in my food. This is so unbelievable and intolerable. Also, I waited for nearly 40 minutes to get my food ready. Totally not worth it!

The prices were so reasonable- i over ordered! The rice was perfect, absolutely perfect- firm, sticky and perfect vinegar and touch of sweet - perfect. The waitress was so sweet and kind, service was great. She said they just redid their menu - it was very good. Highly recommend for casual sushi.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! In general, the miso soup wasn't overly salty, wasabi and soy sauce were basic, salmon overall was quite fresh. Roll Set G - 8pcs Dynamite, 6pcs Spicy Salmon. Dynamite roll has seaweed on outside, rice is marinated fine and rice layer is thin and even. Like reg. dynamite but with salmon inside, which isn't a bad addition but doesn't add too much because other ingredients are quite strong tasting, especially the cucumbers for some reason. Spicy Salmon was quite big, on overall nice flavour of both the salmon and spicy mayo

Came in for the lunch special, it was honestly JUST ok, nothing too crazy about it, a 6/10 which left me still a bit hungry, so i ordered the spicy tuna roll and it was REALLY good. Restaurant tends to be a bit pricey and portions are small but quality is really good. Service is great too if you’re dining in.

I had the lunch special. The rice and sushi was fresh, the time taken to prepare my platter with the miso soup was quick, and the service was excellent. The miso soup was nice and hot, although l have had better tasting soup with more ingredients in it at other places.

We order the small roll platter for pick up and it was ready on time. The service was good and the food was absolutely amazing
