I love the food, the service is nice. The spiciness is perfect on the carbonara katsu.

By far the best place I’ve eaten. Food was delicious, very big serving for such a cheap price. The customer service was on point. I’ll definitely be back again!!

I have been to the other Katsuya chain location and was very much looking forward to trying this location. Food was phenomenal! We ordered the Japanese Katsu (chicken) and the Honeycomb Katsu (also chicken). I preferred the former given it's more traditional and simple. My Katsu was perfectly prepared (crispy!) and they did a wonderful job in regards to the food presentation. Love the decor and the exposed brick inside the building. The soup at this location is a bit different but I think I prefer the traditional miso soup at the other locations. Service was a bit slow and many tables needed to be cleaned up. They are understaffed as they only had one waitress serving all tables and dealing with online orders. Overall, it's a very busy restaurant with people constantly dining in and ordering online. I originally wanted to get the Katsu Special Set but they were sold out. Will come back to try it out.

Really like ordering ubereats from here, this was my first time in person. We tried the original sweet potato cheese katsu and the sweet chili version. Probably my fav Katsu place out of Toronto!

Food is good. Only issue is we went out specifically to get cash (see attached photo), and the server said it was only on weekdays, which was not indicated on the sign at all. So she didnt uphold their own sign and didnt apologize or provide any recourse. This needs to be written on the sign.

Food was excellent, highly recommend the pork katsu with mayo and sweet chili sauce. Service was good and place wasn’t too busy or packed. Overall highly recommend!

Order the curry special and arrive hungry! You get four great sides, a soup, a tasty udon, and amazing curry rice.
