Has to be one of the best fruit teas! I specifically like to go to this location for some reason!

My new favorite tea shop. Many different fruit drinks to choose from.

Good place to hangout in their spacious back room. Free wifi and wall ports. Would recommend the Li Bia fruit tea if you like lychee.

Nice variety of fruit tea and milk tea choices. Check out the warm and cozy lounge in the hidden area at the back of store. Pause for a moment and treat yourself to one of their Top 10 tea based drinks. Venus peach Oolong was very refreshing, strong tea taste and flavour delicious. One of the best drinks I've had to date. I like bold tea flavour and this one hits the spot perfectly. Mitasse pineapple passion green tea was also nice and refreshing. Hidden gem, come for the drinks stay for the lounge!

Two drinks in the picture are Eilieen Zhang Coconut lime tea and Monet Garden Fruit tea, I chose normal sugar and ice for Monet garden fruit tea, that is awesome

This will be my last visit. The tea tastes much water down than before. Very disappointed！

Charged me two times. I was visited the store in the weekend. I showed the bank app pending payment after I tap. They insisted me to tap my card again because there is no receipt printed out. The girl said I can call the store if I have changed twice. BUT, No one pick up the phone when I found the payment charged twice on following Monday. Update：Some stuff member picked up the phone after I called three times. I need provide receipt and bank confirmation of payment through WeChat and the manager can EMT me back.

I've been to the store a couple of times. Overall, the quality is above average. However, the services are really disappointing. Once, I ordered coconut jelly to be added to my drinks, but they ended up giving me a small cup of coconut jelly by itself because they simply forgot to add it while making the tea. Another time, they gave me a broken cup. At first, I thought only the lid was not properly sealed, so I went back to have it sealed again. Later, I realized the cup was broken at the rim, and it leaked everywhere in my car. I was very frustrated with that service and wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that location, especially considering their above-average prices.
