The hot and dry noodles are so authentic that makes one homesick 💯I believe this is probably the best #1 restaurant for hot dry noodles in North America. And they also serve sweet rice wine with eggs, which goes best with the dry noodles. Environment is fine and cozy, except that restroom in the back is a little sketchy. Plus you get 10 percent off if pay by cash. Will come more regularly!

The restaurant is a self-service place. Customers can come in, someone will get them seated and then customers will order through scanning a QR code on the table and submitting their orders. Food comes relatively quick. I ordered the sesame lover noodles with mild spice and the Yibin noodle combo that comes with an additional can of soda and 2 pieces of chicken wings. The sesame lover noodles was good for what you're paying for. It came with a lot of cilantro and a spicy broth to add to the side. Because of this, rather than being noodles in a thick sauce. It was more of noodles in a runny sauce puddle on the bottom of the bowl. The sesame flavour was nice with the small pickled vegetables. 7/10 for taste. The Yibin noodles were very delicious. They had a smokey flavour like they've been cooked in a wok. The mix of spices and meats along with the bean sprouts make the dish flavour-profile more complex than the sesame noodles. 8.3/10 The chicken wings were okay. It is my fault as they were sitting out for a bit as I ate my noodles first. When I got to thm finally they were on the dry side.

Very nice location, well lit with their skylight and cute decorations. The food was tasty though I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for no cilantro in my noodles (I have the "tastes like soap" gene) but the other flavours more than made up for it. The fries were super good, highly recommend.

Fantastic food at affordable value! BBQ style dry noodle with meat sauce has sesame sauce with a hint of cumin as well as pieces of luncheon meat. Sui Mai is great! But if you want a crispy treat, try the Sui Mai in Golden Stick - same Sui Mai meat filling wrapped in a chewy dough batter deep fried till perfection. Another great crispy treat is the salty donut. This is a deep fried chewy dough that is savoury from the spring onion and ginger mixture incorporated in the layers of the dough. I also love having Soft Inside as a dessert. What's not to like about chewy sweet mochi with a crispy exterior? Food was properly packaged for take out, and everything tasted great even after 15-20min of travel. Noodle was well cooked and not soggy at all!

Delicious food! Their Wuhan Hot Dry Noodle is authentic, well-balanced, and has a nice kick to it. Noodles are just the right toughness. I always pop by this place whenever I can! Prices are reasonably affordable too. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is in the area.
